Provided thought leadership and strategic direction across the Bank including retail, consumer, commercial, small business banking, home loans and investing. Lead 35 creatives across the US – collaborating with brand partners on strategy and positioning for digital, print, and direct marketing.

  • Successfully launched the conversion of GE Healthcare to the Capital One portfolio within three months, redefining
    the meaning of Agile and flexibility in the partnership

  • Initiated a unique Agile model for management, delivery and interaction of the creative team, streamlining
    communications and enabling faster iterations to the market

  • Architected the rebrand strategy for the Diversity Networks (serving 34k associates) and partnered with seniorexecutives to ensure alignment on the vision and desired outcomes; resulted in a clear mission and brand identity for each of the Networks

  • Selected as the company’s keynote speaker for its National Black History Month final event and as lead and facilitator in the Future Leaders Forum for Young Men event, due to reputation for inspiring leadership

Facilitated strategic alignment across the global creative team to maximize profitability and innovative design across all of the company’s six product categories

  • Facilitated the companies first unified brand strategy, voice, visual language and messaging across all touch points in the global marketplace

 

  • Created and instituted online tracking tool that increased project capacity, enhanced creative solutions and reduced time per project by a minimum of two days

 

  • Saved printing costs by $175k per year by implementing an industry-standard, in-house production printer, process and production schedule

Built and led the company’s first creative team of designers, art directors, copywriters, producers, video producers and editors, to replace external vendors

  • Raised the creative quality with such success that Victorinox Swiss Army hired the entire SCHAWK! Team as full-time employees

 

  • Championed consistent systems and policies, and developed profitability tracking and brand/style guidelines that established strategic alignment with parent company and a unified global brand presence

 

  • Significantly raised efficiency and accountability by developing a creative workflow process and Creative Intake Form (CIF) resulting in consistent on-time delivery
